Since August 2001, the state-of-the-art Park Inn City West Hotel has provided the perfect mix of business and pleasure. The 205 modern guestrooms feature warm decor and light wood furniture and boast a good range of amenities. All are clean and well maintained, as are the functional en suite bathrooms. Guests can work out on the latest equipment in the 6th-floor Wellness Centre, with panoramic views of Lake Aachen and the city, then relax in the sauna, solarium and infra-red cabin. The Bistro/Restaurant "InnTakt" – on the ground floor – is open Monday to Sunday from noon to 10.30 pm and serves both Mediterranean cuisine and regional specialities. There’s also a summer terrace for outdoor dining in fine weather. After dinner guests can enjoy cocktails in the sophisticated Inn Takt Bar.
