Extended and completely renovated in 2001/2, the Conti Hotel is housed in a pleasant - if unremarkable - terraced building with a plain yellow façade. The interior’s simple design can sometimes verge on the clinical, but the elegant lobby features a marble floor, wood panelling and a marble reception desk. There’s also a modest seating area. The 49 guestrooms feature modest but warm décor, with beige carpets and curtains. They are clean and well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms. The breakfast room mixes the modern and traditional in elegant surroundings and offers a rich Continental buffet every morning. Guests can also browse books in the hotel’s library and enjoy coffee on the garden terrace during the summer months.
